A vesting tentative tract map consisting of one lot on 11.10 acres zoned R-2-P.U.D. (Limited
Multiple-Family Dwelling-Planned Unit Development) to allow for future development of a 139
condominium unit adult residential community for residents 55 years of age or older, and a waiver
of mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060 A.1. (Ward 4)

6. PUBLIC HEARING – Approval of Amendment to the text of the Bakersfield Municipal
Code, relating to use of electronic message displays, pole banners, and pennants and to
clarification of sign setbacks.
Amendment to Title 17 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code, specifically Chapter 17.60 (Signs) of the
Zoning Ordinance, amending various subsections regarding use of electronic message displays, pole
banners, and pennants, and clarification of sign setbacks; and to Section 17.04.547 relating to sign
definitions for electronic message displays and pole banners. (City Wide)
