HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD NO 2310ORDINANCE NO. 2310 NEW SERIES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.12.020 OF CHAPTER 17.12 (ZONING MAP) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD. WHEREAS, in accordance with the procedure set forth in the provisions of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Planning Commission and City Council ihave held hearings respectively, on a motion of the Planning Commission to zone certain property now being annexed to said City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined after due con- sideration of the motion and the recommendation of the Planning Commission, herein on file, together with the reasons advanced at the hearing for the zoning of said property, that said zoning should be authorized upon annexation of said property to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 17.12.020 of Chapter 17.12 (Zoning Map) of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby amended by extending the boundaries of said map to include that certain property in the County of Kern located on the north side of Stockdale Highway and westerly of Park Stockdale and known as a portion of Stockdale No. 9 Annexation, in an R-1 (One Family Dwelling) Zone upon the annexation of said property to the City of Bakersfield, the boundaries of which property are shown on the map hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, and are more specifically described as follows: To an R-1 (One Family Dwelling) Zone: Commencing at the SE corner of Section 33, Township 29 S., Range 27 E., M.D.B.& M., County of Kern, State of California; Thence north along the east line of said Section 33, a distance of 85.00' to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing north along the east line of said Section 33, a distance of 235.00'; Thence north Thence north Thence north Thence north Thence north Thence north Thence north Thence north Thence south Thence south 89°43'00" west~ 00°17'00" east, 89° 43'00" west, 00o17'00" east 89© 43'00" west, 63o33'32" west~ 89°43'00" west, 78°23'00" west~ 24°40'00" west 10© 17'00" west, Thence south 89°43'00" east~ feet to the True Point of Be a distance of 80.00'; a distance of 30.00'; a distance of 148.60'; a distance of 67.00'; a distance of 135.13'; a distance of 45.00'; a distance of 74.89'; a distance of 92.17'; a distance of 169.35'; a distance of 219.03'; a distance of 678.725 ;inning. .......... o0o ..........
