RESOLUTION NO. 2 4 3 - 0 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD DEDICATING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A PORTION OF RED LEAF WAY LOCATED WEST OF RIV ANI DRIVE WHEREAS, the City owns property upon which is located a designated City Park hereinafter referred to as "City Property"; and WHEREAS, said property was deeded to the City on October 12, 2000 and is described in a Grant Deed recorded in the Kern County Hall of Records under Document No. 0200127697; and WHEREAS, the City has required the construction of a public street hereinafter referred to as Red Leaf Way on the east boundary of the City Property; and WHEREAS, a portion of the right-of-way for Red Leaf Way is within the boundary of the City Property (Dedicated Property); and WHEREAS, the City proposes to dedicate said Dedicated Property; and WHEREAS, said Dedicated Property is described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
