AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 2.12.010 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE FIXING THE SALARY OF COUNCILMEN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 2.12.010 of Chapter 2.12 of Title 2 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby amended to read
as follows:
2.12.010 Monthly Salary.

That this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval
by a majority of the qualified registered electors voting thereon.
