August 2, 1978, regarding temporary accomodations between

Henry Miller Water District was presented.
Mr. Bergen made a motion that the letter of August 2, 1978, be
received and placed on file. The motion was passed.
A considerable discussion followed on a response to Mr. Nickel's
letter. The reaction of the board was that any future agreement
for spreading and recovery of water at the 2800 acres should
follow the format of the existing agreement with Olcese. It
was decided that Mr. Nickel should meet with the staff toward
this end.
