NEW SERIES
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING THE TABLE OF CHAPTER
17.23 AND SECTIONS 17.23.020 AND 17.23.026
AND REPEALING SECTION 17.23.024 OF THE MUNI-
CIPAL CODE, CONCERNING ZONING REGULATIONS IN
THE C-O ZONE.
IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
SECTION 1.
That the table of Chapter 17.23 of Title 17 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby amended to
read as follows:

SECTION 2.
That Section 17.23.020 of Chapter 17.23 of Title 17 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby amended
to read as follows:

SECTION 3.
That Section 17.23.024 of Chapter 17.23 of Title 17 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That Section 17.23.026 of Chapter 17.23 of Title 17 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield is hereby amended
to read as follows:

Dressmaking or millinery shop

Frame shop, pictures
Gift shop
Nursery (flowers and plants)
Police/fire alarm centers
Stationery store
Tailor shop
Telephone answering service

SECTION 5.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days
the date of its passage.
