Minutes of the October 22, 2007 Special meeting.
Approval of department payments from October 12, 2007 to
November 15, 2007 in the amount of $758,814.50.

NEW BUSINESS
a.
Resolution establishing the dates of meetings for the
Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency for the months of
January through December 2008.
Economic and Community Development Director Kunz
made staff comments.
Motion by Cohen, seconded by Mishoe to approve the
Resolution.
b.
Agreement with Richard V. Guill, Trustee ($495,000) to
purchase real property located at 508 18th Street for the Mill
Creek Project.
Economic and Community Development Director Kunz
and Property Management Manager Anderson made staff
comments.
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Cohen, to approve the
Agreement to purchase real property located at 508 1 tJh for
the Mill Creek Project, with correction to the last sentence of
the Administrative Report to read, lIand includes all claims for
relocation assistance and loss of goodwill. "
8. AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Prince requested information regarding meeting
in December. EDCD Director Kunz responded.
Agency Member Mishoe requested a review of the Mill Creek
Projects.
