AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION
OF HASTI-ACRES DRIVE TO BUCKLEY WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That that portion of Hasti-Acres Drive located between
Lots 12, 13 and 14 of Tract 3413 and between Parcels 1, 2, 3, and
4 of Parcel Map 2494 be renamed Buckley Way.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 12th day of May, 1975, by the following
vote:
