AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO RESOLUTION NO. 108-99
SETlING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL
SUPERVISORY, POLICE SUPERVISORY AND
MANAGEMENT UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY
SCHEDULE AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR DIRECTOR OF
RECREATION AND PARKS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 108-99 sets salaries and related benefits for employees
of the Management Unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield that
effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a part of Resolution No. 108-99,
is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 108-99 is hereby amended by revising the salary of the
following class title in the Management Unit:
89000 D DIRECTOR OF RECREATION AND PARKS
41.223 43,284 45.448 47.722 50.108
