1. KEDC Contract (Ray Dezember & Greg .Whitney)
(KEDC will redraft contract to inchtde a modification to the Board of Directors to
expand board representation and a clause which links the city contribution to county
contributions, and an agreement that at least 50% of KEDC funding"-come from private
sources. The KEDC agreement will be submitted to the Council in September.)
2. Amendment to Service Agreement with Carl Warren & Co. re. Change in
Rates for Liability Claims Adjustment and 'Management (Robert Kretzmer)
(The Committeesupports staff recommendation to approve the requested increase. Item
will go to Council as deferred business at the 8/26/92 meeting.)
3. Weed Abatement Cost Recovery
(Staff to continue analysis of cost recovery methodology and report back to committee)
4. State Mandated Fire Inspections
(Staff made presentation to Committee. Staff will meet with Wendy Wayne of
Community Connection for Child Care and report back to Committee.)
5. Set Next Meeting
(August 10, 1992)
