1. State Budget Update (John Stinson)
Alan Tandy gave a brief overview of the recent state budget developments. He
indicated that meetings were conducted with department heads to review possible
budget reductions as well as updating revenue figures. Greg Klimko and John
Stinson reviewed some preliminary revenue estimates, expenditure information and
recommendations (see attached memo).
