Possible Recommendation
Castle & Cooke intends to construct an enhanced facility that will have a
total cost estimated to be in excess of $2,500,000. This facility will more than
fulfill all of the park requirements for the Silver Creek community. Since
this is the case, maybe the simplest solution is to allow all future fees
collected in the Silver Creek commUnity go to Castle & Cooke.
