The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m.
Members present: Councilmember Irma Carson, Chair; Councilmember
Galen Chow; and Councilmember Mark Salvaggio

5. DEFERRED BUSINESS
A. 1995 MEETING CALENDAR
The Committee adopted a calendar for its regular meetings. Beginning Tuesday,
April 11, 1995, the Committee will meet on the second Tuesday of each month
at 4:15 p.m. If there are no referrals or business for Committee consideration, the
meetings may be canceled.
6. NEW BUSINESS
A. COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE REFERRALS
A general discussion was held on the history of the types of items that have been
referred to the Committee in the past, and the issues and activities that the
Committee might expect to handle in the current year, and how that relates to the
work of the Citizens' Community Services Advisory Committee and other related
committees.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 p.m.
City staff in attendance: John W. Stinson, Assistant City Manager; Lee Andersen,
Community Services Manager; and Walt Porr, Deputy City Attorney.
