There was a Community Services Committee meeting left on the 1994 calendar for
December 19, 1994. As there were no current issues before the Committee, this meeting
has been canceled.
As city staff person for the Community Services Committee, I look forward to meeting
with you to discuss scheduling the first committee meeting for next year and the
business we have for th'e Committee. After the holidays, I will call you to find a
convenient time.
Attached is a copy of the cancellation notice.

SUBJECT: Next Scheduled Meeting of the Community Services Committee
As none of the members of the Community Services Committee were able to attend
the schedule meeting of April 18, we will carryover those agenda items to the
next meeting of Monday, May 16, at 4:00 p.m.
For your convenience and calendaring, the following is a list of schedule

SETS REGULAR MEETINGS
At its public meeting of March 31, 1994, the Community Services Committee of
the Bakersfield City Council adopted a calendar establishing a regular time, place and
dates to hold its meetings. Based on Committee action taken at the meetin{;h the
Community Services Committee beginning on Monday, April 18, 1994, will hold its
regular meetings on the third Monday of each month, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Manager's
Conference Room, Second Floor, City Hall, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA.
Meetings will be open to the public.
