SUBJECT: Calendar
At the last Intergovernmental Relations Committee (IRC) meeting,
Joel Heinric~s was directed to draft a calendar for IRC meetings. Based on
past experience and members preferences, the attached calendar is being
proposed at the next meeting. Please review and comment on it
As a reminder, the next meeting information is:

Ramada Sutter Street Grill - Sycamore Room
(this is a change from the County Public Service Building)
At this point, the agenda will consist of discussion on the calendar,
northwest sewers, and County landfill fees. If you would like to add an

The last week in May and the first two weeks in June is the time when the Budqet and
Finnnce Committee {or the full Council~ if they so choose} would review tim propose~}
budget w[tt~ staff p~ior to the Budg,~t Hearings on June 13 and 14~ Councilmemb~[s will
want to _et aside considerable time on their personal calandar9 during that phase of
the budget review process~
