08/08/89 AT 1:00 P.M.:
An auto accident occurs at the intersection of Castro Lane and
Hines Way (one block north of Ming Avenue). Hall Ambulance is
responded (emergency response), the advanced life support unit
arrives at scene, and transports one patient to Mercy
Hospital. Oxygen is administered to the patient during the
four mile transport.

04/09/89 AT 3:00 P.M.:
An ambulance call is received for a heart attack victim at
Union Avenue and 3rd Street on the east side of the
intersection. Golden Empire Ambulance is responded (emergency
response). The advanced life support unit arrives at scene,
administers oxygen, applies the cardiac monitor, starts an
intravenous line, and administers one medication. The
patient's chest pain subsides and the unit transports the
patient to Mercy Hospital (2 miles).
