SUBJECT: Landfill Encroachments
The Kern County Environmental Health Services Department has p/aced the City on notice
for unauthorized encroachments on landfill property. The following is a list of
encroachments per a recent field check along the north side of lots adjacent to Panorama
Drive from Boise Street East to 3908 Panorama Drive:
3500 Panorama Drive - chain link fence with barbed wire, landscapin~ and sprinklers.
3504 Panorama Drive - wrought iron and block fence.
3508 Panorama Drive - chain link fence with barbed wire, garden, and irrigation system.
3512 Panorama Drive - chain link fence, wood retaining walls, landscaping and
irrigation system.
3600 Panorama Drive - chain link fence with barbed wire, landscaping and curbs.
3604 Panorama Drive - chain link fence with barbed wire, wood deck and stairs, and
landscaping.
3608 Panorama Drive - chain link fence with barbed wire, 8x20 wood shed, and
landscaping.
3636 Panorama Drive - chain link fence, wood deck, and landscaping.
3700 Panorama Drive - chain link fence, landscaping and sprinklers.
3704 Panorama Drive - Satellite dish.
3708 Panorama Drive - chain link fence.
3712 Panorama Drive - chain link fence.
3800 Panorama Drive - chain link fence.
3804 Panorama Drive - No encroachment
3808 Panorama Drive - No encroachment
3812 Panorama Drive - chain link fence, landscaping, irrigation systems, deck steps.
3900 Panorama Drive - chain link fence and landscaping.
