NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Intergovernmental Relations
Committee of the Bakersfield City Council and the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Kern will hold a Special Meeting for the purpose of a Committee Meeting on Wednesday,
April 28, 1993, at 2:00 p.m., in the Bank Room, Convention Center, 1001 Truxtun Avenue,
Bakersfield, California, to consider:
