By mutual agreement of the City and the County, the December meeting of the IGRC has
been postponed. The meeting will be rescheduled after committee assignments have'
been made by the respective legislalive bodies at the first of the year. It is anticipated that
the next meeting will be held within the first quarter of 1999. '
