Please refer the following proposed ordinance, to whichever
committee you deem appropriate:
1) UNLAWFUL PARKING.

City streets for the purpose of displaying it for sale,

TO UNLAWFUL PARKING.
BE iT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of

SECTION 1. ,~
Subsecsion E. of Section 10.56.0~0 of the Bakersfield
!~unicipai Code is nereDy amended 5o read as follows:
!0.55.380 Unlawful parking - Peddlers~'vendors and taxicabs -
Permits.

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance wi=h uhe
