MINUTES
Meeting — January 17, 2008 - 5:30 p.m.

1. ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Blockley, Johnson, Andrews, McGinnis, Stanley, Tragish
Absent: Commissioner Tkac

3. PUBLIC STATEMENTS:
Mark Hamilton wanted to talk about the lot line adjustment in the Tuscany area. He stated that he is
concerned with the property lines that McMillan used to sell their homes in the spring of 2005. He asked
that the Planning Commission consider McMillan's practices when dealing with McMillan in the future. He
pointed out that they sold 31 lots in the Tuscany development that had lot line issues. He stated that Jim
Movius can Verify this fact. He asked the Planning Commission to find out at what point the City knew that
there was a property line issue.

Commissioner McGinnis moved, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to approve the
Consent Calendar, Non--Public Hearing Items.
Motion carried by group vote.

The public hearing is open, no one requested removal of any item from the consent

Commissioner McGinnis moved, seconded by Commissioner Johnson to adopt a
Resolution making findings approving the Negative Declaration and approving the
General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from

6. COMMUNICATIONS:
Staff referenced the EIR for the Panama Ashe project and the EIR for the canyons project, stating that
the adequacy hearing on both of these EI Rs will be at the February 7, 2008 meeting.

There were no commissioner comments.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:41 p.m.
