A proposed tentative subdivision containing 10 lots on 1.98 acres for purposes of single
family development, zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling) including a request for alternate lot
design and waiver of mineral rights signatures pursuant to BMC 16.20.060 A.1. (Ward 7)

Landscape policy, regarding the subdivision wall design and material/structure along arterial and
collector streets adjacent to single family residential subdivisions. (City Wide)
