Good afternoon and welcome to the Board of Zoning Adjustment of
March 11, 2008.
Before we proceed, please turn off any cellular telephones, personal
pagers and refrain from any applause as a courtesy to others. Also, for
safety reasons, please do not block exits or aisles, and signs are not
allowed in the Council Chambers. In an effort to maintain order and keep
the meeting on track, these rules must be followed. Thank you for your
cooperation.

an E (Estate One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 13307
Nantucket Place.

2. Conditional use permit to expand a mini-storage

facility through the addition of 83,500 square feet of storage space and a
3,200 square foot manager residence, and expansion of the recreational
vehicle storage area in a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone district
located at 11015 & 11107 Kern Canyon Road(State Route 184). Zoning
modification to waive the requirement to pave the expanded recreational
vehicle storage area; gravel surfacing to match the existing storage area
is proposed.
