The City of Bakersfield has accepted the application for the above referenced ro'ect. At this

deposit will cover the cost associated. with the Assessment En ineer, A raiser, Disclosure

Counsel and any costs incurred~by the City of Bakersfield up until the sale of Munici al Bonds.

The. deposit will be (ally refunded at~ the time bonds are sold. If for any reason, bonds are not
sold, the deposit will be refunded less any cost incurred u to the oint at which the district

fails. Please make sure your client is fully informed of this fact.
The amount of the initial. deposit required will be $11,880.00. If additional funds are re aired
