Dear Ron:
Based on my telephone conversation with Roger McIntosh last Friday, I am sending you for your
review and confirmation of data a table entitled "Lot Count, Product Types, Assessable Areas" for
the Seven Oaks West III Area of AD 03-3, and a similar table for the Brighton Place II Area. I have
filled in the lot count for each phase of Tracts Nos. 6086, 6087, 6150, 6151, 6199, and 6223 (Sevin
Oaks West III Area) and Tract. No. 6185 (Brighton Place II Area), based on the latest version of the
subdivision maps far those tracts, which we received from your office.
Please confirm whether lot count (residential, commercial, and all non-buildable} for each tract
phase is still correct. Also, please fill in the blanks and/or correct already filled in cells for "Product
Type" names (confirm with Castle ~ Cooke) and net assessable areas for each tract phase. When
calculating net assessable areas, landscape lots and internal streets should not be excluded from the
area calculations, but the areas of storm drain sumps, parks, and canal lots should. I filled in the
appropriate table cells for the tract phases where net assessable areas coincide with the tract areas
shown on your maps, or for those where I was able to exclude areas of some non-assessable lots
shown on those maps. Please confirm whether they are correct. Enclosed for your use in
calculating the net assessable areas are reductions of your subdivision maps for which the assessable
areas do not coincide (or are not possible to calculate by excluding certain lots) with the "gross"
areas shown on your maps, with red hatching on the parcels/areas for which we need information,
