Project Location-Specific: Three areas: (1. Seven Oaks West III): south of Ming Av nue,
west of Buena Vista Road, east of Allen Road and north of White Lane. (2. Brigh_ ton
Place II}: south of the Kern River Freeway, northwest of Jewetta Avenue and northeast
of the Rio Bravo Canal. (3. Fairways Oaks South}: south of Pacheco Road, west of Old
River Road, east of Mountain Vista drive and north of Panama Lane.
Project Location-City: Bakersfield Project Location-County: Kern
Description of Project: AD 03-3 will finance the acquisition of various street
improvements within the above three areas.
