This letter is to inform you of the sequence of events leading to the current owner of title for the
properties involved in Assessment District No. O 1- l .
Coleman Homes, Inc. was originally in title on both the Ming at Allen and the Mountain Vista
Drive properties. The Ming at Allen site was deeded by Coleman Homes, Inc. to Communities
at River Oaks, LLC on July 5, 2000. The Mountain Vista Drive .property was deeded from
Coleman Homes, Inc. to Campus Park, LLC on April 6, 2001.
