A11 of the Hampton Place improvement acquisition costs funded by AD 01-1 were allocated only to the Hampton Place lots and parcels. The AD 01-1 Engineer's Report, approved June 13, 2001, describes the method of allocating the AD 01-1 costs to each assessed parcel. Ire accordance with the Assessment Apportiolunent Method described on page D-17 of AD Ol-1 29618E~C 1 10!31/0~ Engineer's Report E~1libit D, Description of Assessment Spread Method, the original Assessment 184 principal amount is apportioned to the 37 R-1 lots in TR 6007-3 and the lot planned for future subdivision into R-1 lots (Lot 38 in TR 6007-3) as an equal assessment per existing or proposed R-1 lot. The Exhibit D Assessment Apportionment Method is summarized below for ;, reference; 1. when a parcel is subdivided into a tract phase and a remainder, the total original assessment principal amount will be apportioned to the tract phase and to the remainder parcel in direct proportion to their total acreage. 2. The amount so allocated to the new subdivision will be reallocated among the subdivision lots as an equal share per lot, excluding landscape and. well site lots, parks, or drainage sump lots within the new tract. 3 . The Exhibit D Assessment Apportionment Method is summarized below for reference: 1. when a parcel is subdivided into a tract phase and a remainder, the total origin~.l assessment principal amount will be apportioned to the tract phase and to the remainder parcel in direct proportion to their total acreage. 2. The amount so allocated to the new subdivision will be reallocated among the subdivision lots as an equal share per lot, excluding landscape and ,well site lots, parks, or drainage sump lots within the new tract. 3 . Specifically, for the Hampton Place Area, Exhibit D states: "...the next tract phase recorded .. , will be allocated a total assessment share equal to the number of R-1 lots in the phase multiplied by the calculated equal per R-1 lot cost share factor for the Hampton Place Ares. The remaining balance will be apportioned to the unsubdivided remainders f©r apportionments to future subdivision phases in accordance with the process described above. However, if the development plan for Assessment Nos. 128,129,183, and 184 ~s revised, then the plan for segregation of the original assessment will be revised to apportion a cost share to the first subdivision or subdivision phase and its remainder parcel in direct proportion to their total acreages. The total assessment share apportioned to the recorded subdivision or subdivision phase would then be reapportioned to its lots as an equal assessment share per R-1 lot. Storm water retention sumps, water well sites, and parks will be excluded from the tract acreage and the calculated net acreages used to apportion the original assessment.
