for sewer service to be set by Executive Order.

Please refer the following proposed ordinance to the Budget and
Finance Committee, or whatever committee you deem appropriate:
1. SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
Background: This ordinance would add sewer service
charges as a cost/service center under the MSI fee
setting Chapter of the Municipal Code, allowing fees
for sewer service to be set by Executive Orde~r.
