The Committee has asked the City Attorney for further clarification on the City's existing noise/nuisance ordinance. Committee members are also seeking an equitable voluntary solution that balances the needs of opponents and proponents on the use of gas powered leaf blowers. I know this is an important issue with you and wanted to personally let you know what happened at the Committee meeting.
