5. DEFERRED BUSINESS
A. MASSAGE PARLOR ORDINANCE
Councilmember Carson made a motion that the issue of mobile neck massage be
deferred because the person that this concerned was not in attendance and needed
to be notified when the issue was being discussed. She further indicated that she
felt the issue was of a serious nature and a better discussion would result when all
members of the committee were available, especially Councilmember DeMond who
was knowledgeable regarding and involved in the creation of the existing City
ordinance. Councilmember Sullivan concurred in the motion.
Staff indicated that they would contact Ms. Christi Doll regarding the next meeting
and prepare staff reports which would be available prior to the meeting.
