Two factors should be noted in considering this recommendation. First, temporary positions have not received any salary adjustments "since September,'1988; second, the majority of these positions are in the Community Services Department, and salaries are partially subsidized by the programs they serve. If the Committee so desires, a salary resolution, will be forwarded to Council at their April 8 meeting, with an effective date of April 20, 1992.
