NEW BUSINESS A. EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAM - Teubner Assistant City Manager Teubner presented the proposed Employee Incentive Program to the Committee. She indicated that the plan was the result of much discussion and input from employees via an employee survey, an employee committee and meetings with the various bargaining units. The Committee took comments from members of the Employee Incentive Committee who were present. The Committee suggested changes to clarify one section of the program and recommended the proposed plan be submitted to the City Council for approval. B. PERSONNEL CHANGES 1. Amendment No. 6 to Resolution No. 12-96 setting salaries and related benefits for employees of the Blue Collar Unit 2. Job Specifications: Building Maintainer and Park Maintainer Broadbanded into one Facility Worker Classification 3. Reclassifications: Building Maintainer '1 to Facility Worker and Park Maintainer to Service Maintenance Worker A brief overview of these items was presented by Human Resources Manager Carroll Hayden. The Committee (Sullivan absent) recommended approval of the proposed changes. 7. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m. Staff present: Assistant City Manager John W.
