This request is in accordance with the requirements of Bakersfield Municipal Code Section 13.04.21. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $1,779.75 to cover the costs of inclusion within the Consolidated Maintenance District, Furthermore, our engineer will supply you with a computer disk copy of the map for your use.
