The calculation would be:
$1,350 + $3.00 x 129 Lots = $1,350 + $387 = $1,737.00
Enclosed is the developer's check in the amount of $1,73.7. Also
enclosed is our letter, waiving the right to a public hearing. I
any delivering the disc to you on Thursday.
