Subject: Tentative Parcel Map No. 10921
Dear Mr. Rojas;
In accordance with Bakersfield Municipal Code Chapter 13.04, 1, Sunscape Holdings Ilc,
Paul C. R. Peterson and Virginia Mae Peterson, Trustees of the Peterson Trust dated
September 22, 1990 or Successor Trusee, as owners of .property located with in
proposed Tentative Parcel Map No. 10927, hereby request the formation of a new
maintenance district or inclusion into an existing maintenance district for the property to
be subdivided.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $ 1,587.60 to cover the costs of processing
related to district formation or inclusion..
~ Also, our engineer has prepared the enclosed disc copy of the above-mentioned
subdivision for your use.
^ As sole owner of the property involved in this request, I .hereby waive the public
hearing portion of this district formation or inclusion into an existing maintenance district.
