Attached herewith please end the request for Almond Tree Village Tract 6155 to be
included within the Consolidated Maintenance District. This property is currently in
escrow and expected to close sometime in July 2003.
In addition, this property is currently Ding annexed to the City (Annexation #444,
Hosking #6} and a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change (GPAJZC #03-0002} is
being processed concurrently.
while we realize ghat no action can be taken by the City Council until the annexation is
complete and escrow has closed, submittal of this request is a requirement of the
Tentative Tract Map application, we anticipate that escrow will close concurrently with
the Annexation process and inclusion within the Consolidated Maintenance District can
then. be completed.
Please process the following attached items at your earliest convenience:
1. Request for Inclusion in the Consolidated Maintenance District;
2. Check in the amount $1,993.95 for fees; and
3. Proposition 218 Ballot.

Re: Inclusion of Tract Map No. 6155 in a Maintenance District
Dear Ms. Shaw:
We the undersigned, as owners of the property included within Tract Map No.
6155 hereby request that the property be included within the Consolidated
Maintenance District. This request is in accordance with the requirements of
Bakersfield Municipal Code Section 13.04.021.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $1,993.95 as required by the City to cover the
costs of this inclusion into the Consolidated Maintenance District. Furthermore,
our engineer will supply you with a computer disk copy of the map for your use.
We also waive our right to any and all hearings in accordance with the Brown Act,
the Bakersfield Municipal Code, andlor any other law, concerning the formation of
or inclusion in the maintenance district. We have signed and are returning the
enclosed Proposition 218 ballot indicating our consent to the assessment.
