This property is currently in escrow and expected to close sometime in July 2003. In addition, this property is currently Ding annexed to the City (Annexation #444, Hosking #6} and a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change (GPAJZC #03-0002} is being processed concurrently. while we realize ghat no action can be taken by the City Council until the annexation is complete and escrow has closed, submittal of this request is a requirement of the Tentative Tract Map application, we anticipate that escrow will close concurrently with the Annexation process and inclusion within the Consolidated Maintenance District can then. be completed.
