Dear Ms. Shaw:
We, the undersigned, as the owners of the property included within Vesting Tentative Tract
No, 6503, hereby request that the subject property be included within the Consolidated
Maintenance District. This request is in accordance with the requirements of Bakersfield
Municipal Code Section 13.04,021.
Enclosed is a check (included in the submittal fees), as required by the City to cover the costs
of this inclusion into the Consolidated Maintenance District. Furthermore, our engineer will
supply you with a computer disk copy of the map for your use.
We also waive our right to any and all hearings in accordance with the Brown Act, the
Bakersfield Municipal Code, andlor any other law, concerning the formation of, or inclusion
in the `maintenance district'. We have signed and are returning the enclosed Proposition 218

Attached are other "originals" of the `Ballot" and letter requesting inclusion into the
maintenance district. The "original originals" are at Planning. It is quicker to get new
originals than retrieve the originals from Planning.
We understand that the additional $3.15 was delivered to you on Friday, August 5, 2005.
The City will be completing their review around August 10, 2005. Their review may require
changes to the map. We would suggest that we send you a disk after completing the City
required changes.
