RE: Inclusion of Trot Map # 6368 in a Maintenance District
We, the undersigned, as own of the property included within Tract Map No. 6368 hereby
request that the property be inc ded within the Consolidated Maintenance District. This
request is in accordance with the equirements of Bakersfield Municipal Code Section
13.04.021.
Enclosed is a check in fhe amounf of ~ 1971. as required by the City to cover the costs of
this inclusion into the Consolidated Maintenance 'strict. Furthermore, our engineer will
supply you with a computerdisk copy of the map foryo use.
We also waive our right to any and all hearings in accor ce with the Brown Act, the
Bakersfield Municipal -Code, and/or any other law, concerning th formation of or inclusion in
the maintenance district. We have signed and are returning the closed Proposition 218

Re: Inclusion of Vesting Tentative Tract No. 6368 in a Maintenance District
Dear Ms. Shaw,
We, the undersigned, as owners of the property included within Vesting Tentative Tract No.
6368 hereby request that the property be included within the Consolidated Maintenance
District. The request is in accordance with the requirements of Bakersfield Municipal Code
Section 13.Q4.021.
At the time of Tentative Tract Map application a fee of $1,971.90 was paid to cover the
costs of this inclusion into .the Consolidated Maintenance District. An additional fee of
$50..00. has been included forthe required CEQA posting. Furthermore, our engineerwilf
supply you with a computer disk copy of the map for your use.
We also waive our right to any and all hearings in accordance with the Brown Act, the
Bakersfield Municipal Code, andlor any other law, concerning the formation of or inclusion
in the maintenance district. We have signed and are returning the enclosed. ,Proposition

Consolidated Maintenance District, located in the City of Bakersfield, California.
The real property herein described is located within the Consolidated Maintenance District and maybe
assessed on an ongoing, yearly basis for maintenance of a public park and landscaping on public rights-of way
within the district. The appropriate Street and Park Tiers will be assigned when landscape and park improvements
have been installed.
Although this property may have been assessed a lesser amount in the present tax year, the ultimate
estimated annual assessment for maintenance of a public park and public landscaping based on full buildout of this
district, is $146.70 per equivalent dwelling unit, based on fiscal year 2004-2005 dollars and labor costs of the
district. In each subsequent year, annual assessments may increase by the cost of living reflected in the Los
Angeles-Riverside-Orange County/All Urban Consumers Consumer Price Index. (See Bakersfield City Council
Resolution No. 019-05.)
This covenant may not be amended or modified without the prior approval of the City of Bakersfield. This
covenant shall run with the land.
