Dear Mr. Stinson:
Please be advised that should Vista Finestra I LLC, as owner of the property known as Tract y
5077, close any lot escrows prior to the tract being annexed in a city maintenance district, will
make it a condition to the close'~of any escrow the new property owners sign an official
assessment ballot and request inclusion of their respective lot into the maintenance district by
an approved letter form, which~will be immediately delivered to you for processing.

VVe, the undersigned, as owners of the property included within Tract No. 5077 hereby request
that the property be included within the Consolidated Maintenance District. This request is
pursuant to the requirements of Municipal Code Section 13.04.021.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $1,516.00 to cover the costs mentioned above. Further, our
engineer will supply you with a disk .copy ofthe Tract far your use.
we also waive our right to any and all hearings (whether pursuant to the Brown Act, the
Bakersfield Municipal Code, or any other law) concerning the formation of or inclusion in a
maintenance district.
We have signed and are returning the enclosed Proposition 218 ballot (Official Assessment
Ballot} indicating our consent to the assessments.
