In accordance with Bakersfield Municipal Code Chapter 13.04, I, Panorama Highlands
Development Company, a California limited partnership, as owner of property located
within proposed Tentative Tract Map No. 5929, hereby request the formation of a new
maintenance district or inclusion into an existing maintenance district for the property to
be subdivided.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $ 40- to cover the costs of processing related to
district formation or inclusion. Note the total fee is $1760.00 -there is a credit of
$1720.00
Also, our engineer has prepared the enclosed disc copy of the above-mentioned
subdivision foryour use.
As sole owner of the property involved in this request, I hereby waive the public
hearing portion of this district formation or inclusion into an existing maintenance district.
