These improvements include landscape features that will require continued maintenance by our City crews. Currently only you and Kenneth Reed do not belong to either of the two existing Chester Avenue maintenance districts. we are requesting that you approve the attached Prop. 218 ballot and a sign the enclosed letter which waives the necessity for the city to hold a public hearing. These actions will speed up the procedure for staff to process the appropriate documents. After the improvements have been completed, you will be assessed into the Chester Avenue, Phase 2 Maintenance District.
