Evidently, you never received it. Regardless, I .would again like to request the formation of a maintenance district for tracts 5500 and 4738. We anticipate completing tract 5500 by March of 1992 and tract 4738 sometime after that, depending on how home sales go. Tracts ,4824 A and B should be completed. within a month. It is imperative that we have a maintenance district for these tracts established as soon as possible, avoiding possible conflicts with new home owners. At this time, the County has not been requested to form a County Service Area for the maintenance of this landscaping. To form a Count Service Area CSA ' Y ~ -, ~t would be necessary for the City to pass a resolution approving the formation of the CSA before the process could be started. We see no benefit in having a Count Service y . Area maintain the landscaping within the City of Bakersfield and such would most likely be frowned upon by LAFCO.
