Property Description
Being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, T. 305., R. 27 E., more
particularly described as:
Lots 19, 20, 30, 31, the west half of Lot 32, and the south half of Lot 18 according
to Sales Map No. 1 of Lands of J. B. Haggin in Section 35, T. 30 S., R. 27 E.,
Ni.D.M., files May 3, 1889 in the Office of the County Recorder, in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California.
Excepting therefrom, any portion of said Lot 19, within Tract 5632, Phase 1,
recorded January 11, 2002 in Book 48, Page 1 of Maps. Also excepting
therefrom that portion of said Lot 32 within Parcel Map N0. 7797, record
February 28,1988 in Book 33, Page 14 of Parcel Maps of said County.
