This request is in accordance with the requirements of Bakersfield Municipal Code Section 13.04.021. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $2,434.55 to cover the costs of inclusion within the Consolidated Maintenance District. Furthermore, our engineer will supply you with a computerdisk copy of the map foryour use.
