LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Area 3-45
Being a portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 30, Township 30 South, Range 27 East,
M.D.B.&M., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 30, said point being the centerline intersection of
Panama Lane and Buena Vista Road, said point being the True Point of Beginning;
1) Thence along the North line of said Section 30 and centerline of Panama Lane, South 89°06'34"
East, a distance of 1 S 12.16 feet;
2) Thence departing said North line and centerline, South 00°55' 13" West, a distance of 1319.82
feet;
3) Thence North 89°07'44" West, a distance of 1513.38 feet, more or less, to a point on the West
line of said Section 30, said point also being on the centerline of Buena Vista Road;
4) Thence along said west line and centerline, North 00°58'23" East, a distance of 1320.33 feet,
more or less, to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 45.84 acres, more or less.
