I, the undersigned, as developer of the property included within Tract No. 6332 hereby
request that the property be included within the Consolidated Maintenance District. This
request is in accordance with the requirements of Bakersfield Municipal Code Section
13.04.021.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $ 266.70 to cover the casts of inclusion within the
Consolidated Maintenance District. Furtherrnare, our engineer will supply you with a
cornput~r disk copy of the map for your use.

Dear Ms. Shaw:
I, the undersigned, as developer of the property included within Tract No. 6332
hereby request that the property be included within the Consolidated Maintenance
District. This request is in accordance with the requirements of Bakersfield Municipal
Code Section 13.04.021.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $2,601.90 to cover the costs of Inclusion
within the Consolidated Maintenance District. Furthermore, our engineer will supply you
with a computer disk copy of the map for your use.
