Dear Ms. Elisheva,
Here are our responses to the review comments received from your office on December 21, 2005:
Section A:
1. We included an aerial photo of the Stricture Cast site for fi;~rther clarification of their
structures on their site in relation to our proj ect.
2. The layout of the cul-de-sacs off Everard road was revised and Everard Road has been
punched through to give a secondary access to .these cul-de-sacs. In addition, Phase III layout
has been revised to have another access point off Progress Road per your request.
3. A letter requesting a consolidated Maintenance District has been provided in the original
submittal package to the Planning Dept. on November 17, 2004. This included an on ' al
letter requesting a maintenance district from the applicant (see attached copy); a Proposition
218 Ba11ot (also attached), a CD of the TTM bb 1 b (copy sent to Public Works) and a check
made out to the COB Maintenance District for the amount of $3,199.b0 (see attached
receipt). We will submit these missing items directly to John Stinson, COB Public Works, to
avoid any delay in their process of putting a maintenance district together prior to the
hearing.
Section B:
4. The mitigation agreement has been signed by the owners, please see attached.
5. The Proposition 218 Ba11ot has been signed by the owners, a copy is attached and the
