Brown Act, Proposition 218, its enabling legislation, the Bakersfield Municipal
Code, or any other laws concerning the formation of or inclusion in a

we have. seven (7) new maintenance districts to form at this time. The following is a list of the
districts. with proposed names and location descriptions. Please review and comment.
1-14 Brimhall, Allen SE -Primarily Section 36, 29/27, bounded by Allen, Brimhall,
Southerly extension of Jewetta and the Kern River Freeway.
1-15 Stockdale, Calloway -Area between Stockdale Highway and the Kern River on
both sides of Calloway Drive.
2-16 Wible, Prairie -Barber Honda at NE corner wible and Prairie.
2-17 white, wible NW - PM 10307, Smart and Final NW corner white and wible.
4-13 CalOak (or California, Oak Nw) - Nw corner California and Oak.
5-04 Grand Canal - South H street, Berkshire, Fwy 99 and Arvin-Edison Canal. This
number was originally given to a tentative map south of Berkshire, but the map
croaked before any work was done on the district.
5-06 Valley Plaza Thearter -The theater parcel south of Valley Plaza.
