is pursuant to the requirements of Municipal Code Section 13.04.021.

request inclusion into an existing maintenance district far the property to be subdivided. vesting
Tentative tracts 592$ & 593b have recently been submitted for inclusion into the district,
however, this request is to include all of the area of future development. The fallowing assessor
parcels apply to this request: APN 1 d 1-060-04, 07, 09,10, and 27.
you ire currently in receipt of two checks for the above referenced tract maps. Please return the
checks and request the appropriate amount to cover the costs of processing this request. We will
